I love to eat

Everyone who knows me well knows…I LOVE TO EAT!  I do not care the color or texture – I will try it.  I grew up with a multi-ethnic background so I can eat everything from Southern food to Latin American food doesn’t matter to me.  With all of this eating it is imperative I am at least conscious of my portion sizes.  With that said I am sharing my recipe for my own homemade salsa.  Great with chips, eggs, steamed fish or anything else your creative mind can come up with.  ENJOY!


1.  4 plum tomatoes

2.  cilantro

3.  garlic clove

4.  jalapeno pepper

5.  1/2 a red onion

6.  lime juice (full lime)

7.  salt and pepper to taste

Dice tomatoes, garlic, cilantro (to taste), red onion and jalapeno peppers.  Squeeze fresh lime juice and add salt and pepper to taste.  ENJOY!
