I Enjoy My Juicer

I purchased a Breville Juice Fountain Plus JE98XL about 3 months ago.  I located it at Bed, Bath and Beyond and was able to use one of the many 20% off coupons to purchase so it cost me about $100 bucks!  Yes…I was feeling lucky!

I have made so many delicious juices with it I can’t believe I went so long without this quality of juicer.  I had 2 other juicers but I did not like them as much because they left too much wet pulp (wet pulp means juice is not maximized), was not easy to clean and seemed to degrade over time.

There are many benefits of juicing and has even been called the “fountain of youth” as the live enzymes in the fruit, veggies and greens are easily absorbed by the cells to provide energy and cleansing properties.

Below is one of my favorite juicing recipes.  ENJOY!

Diatta’s Morning Juice

1.  3 granny smith apples

2.  1 English cucumber

3.  bunch of red grapes

4.  handful of baby carrots

5.  bunch of kale

6.  2 kiwi fruit (peeled)

7.  handful of fresh pineapple chunks

Refreshing, green and simply irrestible!  ENJOY and let me know if you make it and what you think.
