Are you new to fitness? Are you still struggling with determining which days you will work out on? Do your rest days add up to more than your working out days?
What makes you not work out? Time? Motivation?
Working out does not need to take hours out of your day. Increase your intensity and you can decrease the time you need to work out.
Intervals can keep you on track. Timing your intervals will get you even more focused. A lot of working out is spent sitting around recovering when you don’t need to be.
If you haven’t found motivation I would suggest signing up for something. It can be as simple as a class or a 5k run, try something new. Take a friend it can keep you accountable.
