When pursuing a healthy lifestyle, exercising IS nessecary. Please learn to ignore all the crazy fad diets promising you’ll shed pounds without getting up off your couch. It’s not true! We need exercise to be health. Your mind needs your body to exercise too. Exercising, sweating like a pig, releases endorphins, which make our minds oh-so-happy. On the day when you feel like you can’t exercise… just do SOMETHING!
Go on a walk in the park with a friend.
Do some random yoga sequences.
Watch your favorite TV show while walking on the tredmill.
Lift some weights.
Just show up at the gym (or at your place of exercise) and do what you can; you’ll be surprised by how much you can achieve!
