Freakum Dress Workout


This is a gym workout so get your towel, water and positive can-do attitude because it is ON!

Equipment needed:

  • Row machine
  • Abductor/adductor machine
  • Cable machine
  • Dumbbells
  • Leg press machine
  • Decline bench
Exercise Reps Weight in lbs
Seated row 20 70
Abductors 20 60
Abductors speed 20 60
Deadman lift (cable machine) 20 45
Alternating bicep curls 1 minute 30
Jump lunges 1 minute  NA

REPEAT

Leg press 20 90
Leg press speed 20 90
Decline crunches 20  NA
Decline oblique twists 20  NA

REPEAT
