Greek Yogurt with Meusli and Fruit

I was reading my latest edition of Oxygen Magazine and saw a recipe to help fuel the body and keep you feeling full for more than a minute.  The recipe called for greek yogurt, meusli and fresh fruit.  You could stir in a little maple syrup for a little sweetness.  I have been eating this all week and MAN….it feels like I just ate some jet fuel!!!!  It is delicious, not too sweet – I use plain greek yogurt, Alpen meusli (bought in the grocery store) and strawberries and blueberries.  It isn’t too sweet and as soon as I eat it…..VROOOOM off I go.  Ready for that next conference call.

This is my plate while taking a conference call yesterday in my office with the door closed.  Did not want people to see me gobbling it down.  It was delish.  Try it and let me know if you like it.

My bowl at work.

Found this brand in the cereal aisle in the grocery store.

Not a lot of sugar so no insulin spikes over here! Slow and steady wins the race.
