To say I do not have a love affair with avocado is an understatement. I know it has good fats. I know they are a good source of
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
I mean it’s power packed! So I broke down today and put 1/2 an avocado in my smoothie and it isn’t bad. If you aren’t an avo fan try this – hopefully this will make it easier to incorporate into your daily diet. ENJOY and please leave a comment and tell me how you like it.
1. 1/2 avocado
2. 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
3. handful of fresh baby organic spinach
4. handful of frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberry, mango and peach)
5. water for consistency
6. 1 TB chia seeds
7. 1/2 banana
Add to blender until smooth, pour and enjoy. Tastes like ice cream!
