Fountain of Youth #Juice

This juice contains all of the fruits and veggies I simply enjoy to consume otherwise.  There are so many minerals and vitamins, this is bound to put a little pep in your step and keep it going at ANY age.  Age is a mind thing, but this juice, when consumed regularly, is guaranteed to make sure your body stays informed about the age you think you are.  :0)

I drink this before an endurance run so I can last.  ENJOY!

Ingredients

4 pineapple slices

1 beet

3 granny smith apples

piece of ginger

Equipment

Breville Juicer

Instruction:  Clean, chop and prep all food for juicer.  Send through juicer, put in a cute glass and enjoy!  #POW!

The best juice for healthy skin: cucumber
“Fruit and vegetable juices, prepared in the right combinations, can help you to remove crud from your blood and tissues and restore alkalinity and balance to your system,” says Noelle Swatland of GreenLemonade.com. “You see the benefits of this crud removal in younger looking skin and greater energy.”

Swatland’s favorite skin booster? Cucumber. “Consisting of over 90-percent water, cucumbers are a naturally cooling and hydrating food,” she says. Plus, they’re rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium, and silica, which is believed to improve complexion and youthful radiance of your skin .

Ingredients:
1-2 Cucumbers
For a touch of sweetness, add a small piece of apple.

2. The best juice for anti-aging: blueberries, strawberries, and kale

Yummmm #Peppers!

You need some peppers in your life.  My co-worker brought in a bunch of these delicious and beautiful peppers from her church’s garden.  See how wonderful God is?  If you are good to people, they will be good to you right back!  I love fresh produce.  Check it out and let me know if you can tell what types of peppers I have in my stash!

Happy Friday and stay blessed, healthy and fit!
