Work That Body #Workout


I visited one of my favorite people today who is helping me shape this body.  This is what we did.  Try it, you might like it.  Let’s GO!

Walking lunges shoulder press 20 30 lbs
Squats with alternating bicep curls 20 30 lbs
Backwards walking lunges 15 30 lbs
Seated hamstring curl 20 70 lbs
Diamond push ups 20 NA
Jump lunges 20 NA
Backwards walking lunges 15 30 lbs
Wall sit 45 seconds 30 lbs
Walking lunges shoulder press 20 30lbs
Prone position hamstring curls 20 50 lbs
Standing row 20 30 lbs
Backward walking lunges 20 30 lbs
Squats 20 30 lbs

REPEAT

DONE   in 30 minutes
