I live here on the East Coast and in lieue of Hurricane Sandy, we had electricity this morning which meant it was a good day to get a workout in. Yesterday I worked out with a neighbor doing Insanity and it was all good and today I did my tried and true.
Found a kick-butt cardio workout in Shape magazine and it went a little something like this.
|REPEAT 15-16 4 TIMES|
|REPEAT 25 – 26 4 TIMES|
|DONE in 35 minutes|
Then I did the 100 squat-a-day challenge and that went a little something like that.
- 25 regular squats with 30 lbs
- 25 plie squats with 15 lbs
- 50 alternating split squats with 30 lbs
Knocked out this workout and was done in under 1 hour! Can’t eat that with a bat.
