Who doesn’t like potato chips? But we all know no matter how they try to “health” it up by baking it, it still turns into something we can’t recognize. Those Baked chips taste funny to me and it no longer looks like a potato.
Anywho try this delicious kale recipe if you have a hunch for some crunch but do not want to pack on calories while satisfying that craving.
Fresh bunch of kale, washed, dried and stem removed
Extra virgin olive oil
Seasonings (I used garlic salt)
Preheat oven to 350. Tear kale leaves into bite-size pieces. Spray with olive oil and sprinkle salt to taste. Lay flat in a single layer on cookie sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes or until desired crispness.
Remove, let cool and ENJOY!
