FFFC #Challenge #28: Step Into The New Year


We at FFFC have really outdone ourselves  AGAIN this time.  We believe in positive reinforcement for positive behavior so this week’s challenge is actually a repeat of Challenge #27 including a reward at the end of the rainbow.

The challenge/contest is to take at least 10K steps a day for 5 full days from 12:00 am December 3, to 11:59 pm December 7.

If you want to enter the contest click HERE for all the rules to qualify to enter.  If this is your weekly challenge, please check in daily with the number of steps made that day to let us know how you are doing and to encourage others.  Remember, running, jogging plus walking count towards your steps so do not forget to put on your pedometer early in the day to start collecting steps.
