Started back with my training and went to see my personal trainer this past Friday. She put it on me but hey I deserved it. I didn’t do much while on break in the way of workouts. Last week I was walking funny – today I am just plain SORE! A good sore though so I can’t complain. This workout appears to not have as many exercises but let me just say it took me a while to get through them because she continued to go UP on the weight on me therefore I was challenged more which slowed me down a bit.
