30 day green smoothie challenge!


my very vegan life...

a contact on instagram posted this flyer for a 30 day green smoothie challenge and it sounded like fun so i jumped on the smoothie bandwagon… i figure it’s the perfect way to put myself back in the green smoothie routine.

i joined at the last minute (january 02) so i didn’t use my day 01 smoothie as a meal replacement. so wednesday (Day 01) i ate like normal but added the green smoothie!

Day 01 Smoothie:

  • kale
  • coconut water
  • fresh fruit: banana, apple
  • frozen fruit: pineapple
  • flax meal

Day 02 Smoothie:

  • spinach
  • coconut water
  • fresh fruit: banana, strawberries, blackberries, orange
  • frozen fruit: raspberries
  • flax meal

today (Day 02) i had my green smoothie for breakfast… i had a veggie sushi roll for lunch… and for dinner i cooked up a spaghetti squash with earth balance & nutritional yeast… dessert was the leftover quinoa berry breakfast i made yesterday! super…
