FFFC:  Please introduce yourself to our readers (i.e. your name, occupation, hobbies, etc.).

JG:  My name is Jen, I am in the Royal Air Force and love anything fitness related, I have recently had a little girl who is now 1.

FFFC:  What sparked your weight-loss transformation journey?

JG:  After I had my daughter I weighed over 196lbs and needed to lose weight so started on my weight loss journey

FFFC:  What was your beginning and current weight or measurements?

JG:  Beginning weight was 200lbs my weight today is 140lbs

FFFC:  How long did it take for your weight-loss transformation from beginning to end?

JG:  1 and a half years

FFFC:  What physical activities did you participate in during your journey?

JG:  HIIT Training and weight training

FFFC:  How did your eating habits change? 

JG:  Changed to Clean eating

FFFC:  What do you typically eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

JG:  Breakfast porridge, lunch chicken salad, dinner chicken or fish and sweet potato and vegetables.


FFFC:  What is your favorite fitness activity?

JG:  HIIT Training

FFFC:  What do you do now to maintain your physique?

JG:  HIIT Training and Weight training

FFFC:  How did you develop and sustain the willpower to avoid the bad stuff (i.e. junk food, bad drinks, lack of activity, etc.)

JG:  I stuck a before picture on my fridge!

FFFC:  What advice do you have for someone starting out on their weight-loss journey but unsure of how to begin?

JG:  Start off slowly doing small workouts and build them up, I share daily workouts on my fitness page designed to break you into fitness slowly

FFFC:  What do you think is the biggest misconception about this journey?

JG:  That you wont be able to do it – it takes time but everyone can get fit and lose the weight.
