Hey everybody!! Phew we made it through May’s challenges. I think a few folks may have slowed down a bit but that is ok – it happens. June is staring us right in the face and is the month we transition to Summer so we must stay focused and get it in. This month is a little different. There are only 2 primary challenges, 3 if you are sticking with the daily push ups.
The 2 challenges are very simple:
1. Move daily 5 days a week for at least 30 minutes
2. Eat at least 6 servings of fruit a day, every day in the month of June (this should be easy because several of our favorite fruits are finally in season)
